Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy & Payment Terms
Thank you for booking with me! Please take a moment to review the following policy:
• A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied toward a 50% late cancellation fee.
• No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the total service amount.
This policy helps protect my time and allows me to better serve all clients. No exceptions will be made.
💳 Payment Details:
A 3.5% card processing fee will be applied.
If you’d like to avoid this fee, you’re welcome to pay with cash or another alternative method at checkout.
